Scope of Role
As a Technical Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the technical aspects of our marketing initiatives. This position demands a high level of expertise in integrating and managing a variety of marketing systems such as Salesforce, Ringcentral, Aircall, Pipedrive, Trello, Twillio, Kapow, Force 24, Calendly, Webinar Fuel, Click funnels, SCRM, Integromat, Power BI, Typeform, Go to Webinar, Facebook forms, Send in Blue, Zapier, and Supermetrics. You will be tasked with ensuring seamless operation across both Mac and PC platforms, managing and monitoring webinars, optimising landing pages, and collaborating closely with the marketing team to ensure technical efficiency and innovation in our online course promotion strategies.
- Lead the technical integration of marketing systems such as Salesforce, Ringcentral, Aircall, and others, ensuring smooth functionality and efficiency.
- Oversee and monitor the technical aspects of webinar platforms like Webinar Fuel and Go to Webinar, guaranteeing high-quality delivery and user experience.
- Develop and optimise landing pages for maximum conversion and user engagement, utilising tools like Click funnels and Typeform.
- Ensure compatibility and optimal performance of marketing materials across both Mac and PC platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement technical solutions that enhance campaign effectiveness, integrating tools like Power BI, Supermetrics, and SCRM.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in marketing platforms promptly and efficiently.
- Stay abreast of the latest technological trends and advancements in digital marketing, with a focus on system integration.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in a technical marketing role, with a strong focus on system integration and digital platforms.
- Familiarity with webinar platforms, landing page design tools, and cross-platform optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in both Mac and PC environments.
- Experience in the online education or trading sector is a plus.
- Degree in Marketing / IT equivalent field.
- Excellent technical and analytical skills.
