Salary: Php60,000.00 – Php75,000.00 per month
Your New Role Awaits
As a Salesforce Solutions Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in understanding our organization’s business requirements and crafting comprehensive solutions on the Salesforce platform to address those needs. Serving as a technical consultant and subject matter expert, you’ll offer guidance on best practices, solution architecture, and implementation strategies. Collaborating closely with stakeholders such as business users, developers, and project managers, you’ll design and implement custom solutions that harness the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to drive business success.

Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant are preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with Salesforce platform, including hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and development.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and integration capabilities. Experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in declarative tools such as Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Flow, and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL). Experience with Apex programming language, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components is a plus.
