Position Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Systems Integrations Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in integrating and optimizing various marketing and sales systems, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Bespoke systems, Webinar fuel, GoToWebinar, Zapier, Trengo, Marketing Email Platforms, Multiple Social Media Platforms, and Pipedrive. As a Marketing Systems Integrations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and data flow between different platforms to enhance our marketing and sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Salesforce, HubSpot, Bespoke systems, Pipedrive, Webinar fuel, GoToWebinar, Zapier, Trengo, Marketing Email Platforms, Multiple Social Media Platforms and other marketing and sales tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions to streamline marketing processes through system integrations.
- Configure and customize marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, and lead-scoring models within integrated systems.
- Monitor data quality and troubleshoot any integration issues to ensure accurate reporting and analytics.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, system configurations, and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and optimizations for marketing systems integrations.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on using integrated marketing and sales systems effectively.
- Work with existing marketing platforms to ensure efficient delivery of campaigns and improve workflows. Set up and configure marketing automation platforms, including designing standardized coding templates. Troubleshoot technical issues with campaigns or marketing automation platforms and propose solutions.

Work Schedule

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven at least five (5) years of experience working with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other marketing and sales platforms in a direct marketing and sales organization – SalesForce, Zapier, Trengo,Kapow,ClickFunnels, Meta Business Manager, Ads & WhatsApp Manager, Aircall, ScoreApp,Pipedrive, WebinarFuel, Eboov,Hyros, Cheq,Stripe.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and data management principles.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Salesforce and HubSpot, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports.
- Experience with API integrations and data synchronization between different systems.
- Experience in integrating cloud-based marketing systems and applications across different regions securely and efficiently.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce, Pipedrive and HubSpot certifications is a MUST.
- Experience with SQL, JavaScript, HMTL, or other programming languages.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
