The Recruitment Specialist is essential in our sourcing and recruitment endeavors, adept at identifying and screening candidates across diverse media platforms. They play a crucial role in full-cycle recruitment, including building candidate pipelines, conducting initial interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet organizational staffing needs.

Work Schedule
8-Hour Shifts, including Day, Afternoon, and Rotational Shifts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 1 to 4 years of experience in Recruitment within the BPO or outsourcing industry.
- Must possess excellent command of English both in oral and written form.
- Must be proficient in using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
- Knowledgeable in Boolean search techniques is preferred.
