Front End Sales Agent

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Sales Calls: The Outbound Sales Agent will engage in proactive outbound sales calls to potential customers in order to generate leads and close sales. 
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through market research and prospecting activities. 
  • Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches to communicate the value of our products/services to potential customers. 
  • Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Sales Manager or Team Lead. 
  • CRM Usage: Accurately record all sales interactions, customer information, and sales-related data in the company’s CRM system. 
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns. 
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products or services to effectively address customer inquiries and objections. 
  • Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to engage and persuade potential customers. 
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and buying intent. 
  • Customer Relationship: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and addressing their concerns. 
  • Sales Records: Accurately and timely record all sales interactions and customer information in the CRM system. 
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Adhoc tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Proven strong sales experience, minimum 3 years’ OUTBOUND(BPO) experience (Required)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills (Required)
  • Personal integrity (Required)
  • Track record of over-achieving quotaStrong phone presence and experience dialing heaps of calls per day
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • An ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Amenable to graveyard schedule, weekend, and holiday work.
  • Work From Home setup – candidates are required to have a conducive work from home set up with a stable internet connection of at least 20mbps.
