Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our products/services.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of leads, nurturing relationships through effective communication.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through proactive selling.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance sales skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outbound telesales or a similar role for a minimum of three (3) years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • Resilience, positivity, and a strong willingness to adapt and learn.

  • Call Volume: Make a number of outbound calls daily to potential customers.
  • Conversion Rate: Achieve a conversion rate of % from calls to successful sales.
