Job Description
A Telemarketer is responsible for talking to potential customers and set an appointment. Their duties include properly explaining the benefits and value of products and services to prospective customers when making appointments.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- A Telemarketer’s daily duties focuses on convincing the person they call to attend the company’s future webinars and seminars
- Making confirmation calls to ensure client’s attendance
- Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise
- Providing complete details and brief insight about the webinar
- Answering customer’s inquiries about products and services
- Obtaining customer information such as name, email and phone number
- Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
- Following up on previous leads that have missed the appointment and setting another schedule at the time that best suits them
- Writing complete and proper notation on Salesforce to keep track of client’s records
- Updating client status on Salesforce
- Completing required call sheets at the end of each day
- Scheduling a consultation between the client and a sales representative
- Informing the manager of recurrent product-related complaints that warrant addressing
- Keeping track of the company’s Facebook page and answering client’s inquiries
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): English Communication
- Preferably 3-4 Yrs.’ Experienced Employee specialized in Outbound Sales – Telesales/Telemarketing/Customer Services or equivalent.
- Work From Home setup – candidates are required to have a conducive work from home set up with stable internet connection of at least 30mbps.
- Preferably near Metro Manila for any work-on-site requirement/s
- Willing to work on weekends and on public Holidays
- Can start ASAP
