Responsibilities

Client Confirmation Calls

  • Initiate outbound calls to confirm attendance of clients for upcoming events.
  • Professionally communicate event details, agenda, and any relevant information to ensure client preparedness.
  • Update client information and attendance status in the system.
  • Implement strategies to increase the show-up rate for scheduled appointments and events.
  • Provide compelling information to encourage attendance and address client concerns.

Rebooking Clients

  • Reach out to clients who did not attend previous events and provide options for rescheduling.
  • Implement effective rebooking strategies to encourage client participation in future events.
  • Document reasons for non-attendance and address concerns to improve event turnout.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and encourage continued engagement.

Handling Chat During Online Webinars

  • Monitor and actively engage with attendees through chat during online webinars.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, provide additional information, and address concerns to enhance participant experience.
  • Capture leads and transfer qualified prospects to appropriate teams for further engagement.

Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM system.
  • Document client interactions, feedback, and preferences for future reference and analysis.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of client data.
  • Adhere to Data Privacy and compliance protocols. 

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies for successful event attendance.
  • Collaborate with event organizers to obtain the latest event information and updates.

Performance

  • Provide regular reports on confirmed attendance, rebooking success rates, and chat interactions during webinars.
  • Offer insights and recommendations for improving client engagement and event attendance.
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for show-up rate, rebooking, attendance and dials.
  • Track and report progress regularly, identifying areas for improvement.

Ad Hoc Tasks

  • Execute ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by management.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and contribute to team success.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): English Communication
  • Preferably 2-4 Yrs.’ Experienced Employee specialized in Outbound Sales – Telesales/Telemarketing/Customer Services or equivalent.
  • Work From Home setup – candidates are required to have a conducive work from home set up with stable internet connection of at least 20mbps.
  • Preferably near Metro Manila for any work-on-site requirement/s
  • Willing to work on weekends and on public Holidays
  • Can start ASAP
