Sales Appointment Setter

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective customers to generate interest in our products/services
  • Employ effective communication techniques to warm up leads, build rapport, and establish trust with potential clients.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, pain points, and buying behaviors
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers by effectively communicating our value proposition and tailoring our messaging to meet their specific needs
  • Properly explain the products and services to prospective customers when making appointments
  • Book appointments with prospective clients for our sales team to attend
  • Sending booking confirmation messages via text or email.
  • Confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments
  • Conduct follow up calls / meetings until closure of transaction
  • Managing calendars & Account Executive calendar
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure they are fully prepared for each meeting and have all necessary information to close the sale
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and progress in our CRM system
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets
  • Any other related tasks that may be assigned by the client or Team Leader


  • Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle opposition
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in booking meetings with decision makers is highly preferred
