Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective customers to generate interest in our products/services
- Employ effective communication techniques to warm up leads, build rapport, and establish trust with potential clients.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, pain points, and buying behaviors
- Build strong relationships with potential customers by effectively communicating our value proposition and tailoring our messaging to meet their specific needs
- Properly explain the products and services to prospective customers when making appointments
- Book appointments with prospective clients for our sales team to attend
- Sending booking confirmation messages via text or email.
- Confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments
- Conduct follow up calls / meetings until closure of transaction
- Managing calendars & Account Executive calendar
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure they are fully prepared for each meeting and have all necessary information to close the sale
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and progress in our CRM system
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets
- Any other related tasks that may be assigned by the client or Team Leader
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle opposition
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Experience in booking meetings with decision makers is highly preferred
