Customer Services Representative


  • Handles outbound calls. 
  • Respond to customer calls using product knowledge. 
  • Resolve customer questions and issues. 
  • Works to build customer confidence in the brand. 
  • When applicable, promote opportunities for additional products and services,
  • Meet show up rate of 75% month to date for all booked schedule (note: Management will advise change in Kpi’s in advance 
  • Ensure customer follow-up (callback) and data bases are updated 
  • Attend any required training that is required for compliance and further education 
  • Adhoc task as required by General manager and CEO 
  • Provide general administrative support 
  • Provide general customer support 


  • Must have great knowledge of the English language – written and spoken.
  • Must have an Appointment Setter and General customer and Administrative experience
  • Has a proven track record in a customer service role
  • Demonstrates drive, commitment and a desire to learn and progress
  • Must be able to maintain composure with irate customers.
  • Time management and organization skills
  • Good with using multiple software and a quick learner in this area
  • Works well with other staff but also has the ability to work independently on their tasks to ensure the tasks are complete within business timeframes
